Reddit is seeking a strategic Manager of Community for EMEA to lead a growing team of Community Specialists and define the regional roadmap that supports Reddit’s growth in the region.

You will drive iteration, innovation, and scaling of the community and moderator growth playbook, while mentoring regional teams and coordinating with cross-functional partners to deliver local initiatives. This role reports to the Director, International Community.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years in community management or marketing operations.
• 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Experience scaling community programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.

• Define regional community strategy aligned with business goals.
• Scale the community and moderator growth playbook across markets.
• Inspire regional teams to deliver impactful programs.
• Recruit and train local community specialists.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering to align initiatives.
• Report regional insights to stakeholders.
• Coach the regional team with quarterly priorities and milestones.
• Own community health and KPI progression in priority markets.
• Coordinate with Content and safety partners on market initiatives.
