Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Manager on the Performance and Insights team to lead data strategy, analytical data products, and scalable intelligence across Roundel. You will coordinate across business, product, and data science to drive analytics that inform decision making and fuel growth.

You will build trusted data foundations, guide automation and AI-enabled analytics, and mentor a diverse team while delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Digital Media, Agency, Marketing, Retail, Data/Analytics or BI.
• 2+ years in people leadership or cross-functional leadership.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, PM and communication skills.
• Experience with adtech/martech and collaboration with product teams.
• Experience in data analytics, BI, or data science with SQL and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify recurring intelligence needs to standardize, automate or scale.
• Lead and coach team members; build capabilities in data strategy and BI.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled analytics to reduce manual work.
• Partner with multiple enterprise teams to align on data definitions and workflows.
• Develop and execute the data strategy roadmap and OKRs.
• Prototype and scale new analytical capabilities to improve accuracy and accessibility.
• Measure usage and impact to drive adoption of trusted intelligence capabilities.
