Job summary

Roundel is seeking a Senior Manager for Commercial Intelligence to lead analytics and data strategy across the Roundel Performance & Insights team. This role will shape data foundations, automate intelligence workflows, and deliver trusted insights to drive business decisions.

You will partner with data science, product, and marketing teams; oversee data strategy, OKRs, and adoption of AI-enabled analytics; manage multiple large-scale projects with a focus on impact and speed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Digital Media, Agency, Marketing, Retail, Data/Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership or extensive cross-functional leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify recurring intelligence needs that can be standardized, automated, or scaled.
• Elevate the analytical & consulting acumen on the team and mentor members.
• Drive transformation in business processes to leverage technology and automation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align intelligence needs with product and data foundations.
