Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills; navigate complex challenges.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills; craft and deliver persuasive narratives.
• Thrives in a high-operational-rigour environment; self-starter and agile.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
