Job summary

AIR Communities in Denver seeks a Director of Commercial and Ancillary Services to lead financial management, leasing, and ancillary revenue across the portfolio. This full-time, in-office role reports to the Vice President, Commercial & Ancillary Services.

You will oversee lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting while mentoring at least one direct report and partnering with Accounting, Property Operations, and Asset Management to drive revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial leasing, or related finance roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and in reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management for commercial and ancillary services across the portfolio.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize revenue and tenant mix.
• Oversee lease administration, billing, CAM reconciliations, and contract compliance.
• Prepare executive reporting on rent, parking, ancillary revenues, and performance.
• Mentor at least one direct report and collaborate with Accounting and Operations.
