The role partners with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Strategy to drive scenario planning, field effectiveness, and market research across NA, Global, and Early Pipeline. Hybrid/On-site, with a base salary range detailed below.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative, scientific, or business discipline.
• Deep experience in commercial forecasting, analytics, and market research in biotech/pharma or similar industries.
• Proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary analytics organizations and influencing executive leaders.
• Experience supporting global and pipeline portfolios.
• Prior experience operating within or alongside business unit leadership teams.
• Exposure to advanced analytics, digital, and AI-enabled decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Analytics COE, overseeing ~20-25 FTEs organized by disease area verticals.
• Define enterprise analytics vision, operating model, governance, and prioritization to maximize business impact.
• Establish analytics and forecasting excellence, including best practices, vendor strategy, and innovation.
• Provide executive oversight of short- and mid-range forecasting and participation in Long Range Planning.
