Career Renew is recruiting for a Head of Provider Strategy & Operations, an onsite NYC role with a base salary of 200–230K plus benefits and equity. You will architect and scale our coach network, owning onboarding, compensation systems, and performance improvements while advising the CEO and leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Strategy & Operations, GM, Chief of Staff, marketplace, or business operations at a fast-growing company.
• Experience building, scaling, or operating people-intensive systems (provider networks, distributed workforces, marketplaces, frontline operations).
• Strong data modeling and quantitative analysis; translate insights into action.
• AI-first mindset; actively leverage AI tools to improve systems and processes.
• High-agency, low-ego operator comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Optimize coach compensation systems to drive coach and client satisfaction.
• Build and scale onboarding, training, and continuing education programs for coaches.
• Use data modeling and experimentation to improve coach performance and scalability.
• Lead and develop an existing team of direct reports from day one.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and leadership team.
