Leap Health is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager in New York, operating in a hybrid model. You will execute the Activation playbook, roll out client-launch training, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or Consulting.
• Ability to operate inside an existing playbook while adapting in the field.
• Strong metrics literacy and ability to read dashboards for business impact.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority across peers.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Activation playbook day-to-day and surface learnings to refine it.
• Roll out playbooks and training for new client launches, adapting delivery to field results.
• Cover gaps across Intake, Care Operations, and Care Guide wherever needed.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs for leadership visibility; partner with Engineering on automations.
