University of Colorado Anschutz seeks an energetic administrator to lead the College of Nursing Clinical Simulation Program across multiple campuses. The role oversees facilities, personnel, technology, and resources to ensure high-quality, evidence-based simulation experiences that support both undergraduate and graduate nursing education.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in an appropriate field of science, nursing, education, or related area.
• Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE).
• Minimum of two (2) years experience managing simulation operations, supervising personnel, and supporting simulation-based education.
• Eligible to obtain an unencumbered RN license in Colorado.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and scholarship in clinical education.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership for the College of Nursing Clinical Simulation Program across multiple campuses.
• Direct day-to-day operations including scheduling, facilities, technology, and resources.
• Develop standardized workflows and policies to ensure high-quality services.
• Monitor utilization and performance; implement improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with faculty to align simulation with curricular priorities.
