Job summary

University of Cincinnati is seeking a Director to oversee the Simulation and Skills Lab within the College of Nursing. The role directs curricula development, operations and finances, ensuring high-quality simulation education across programs.

The position collaborates with faculty, staff and interdisciplinary teams, supervising a dedicated simulation team and reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Operations and Accreditation. A Master’s degree and CHSE certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree is required.
• CHSE certification required or must obtain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee simulation curricula and operations of the College of Nursing Simulation and Skills Lab.
• Direct, coordinate, develop, implement and evaluate educational, operational and financial activities in supporting the Skills Lab.
• Supervise the Simulation team, including the Simulation Coordinator and Simulation Operations Specialists.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to create optimal human simulation experiences to meet program goals.
• Participate in governance and reporting to leadership on simulation activities.
