Job summary

SQRL is seeking a seasoned Site Operations Leader for our growing network in Florida. This on-site role (Mon-Fri) oversees site-level operations, budget targets, reports, and continuous improvements.

You will lead, mentor, and engage a team of operations managers to execute strategy and drive performance, coaching, and staff development, while owning the P&L for the site. You will collaborate with Quality, Risk, and sponsor teams to ensure SOP compliance, patient safety, and data integrity,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing operations teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L and budget management.
• Ability to coach, develop, and retain staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-level operations and financial metrics.
• Lead, mentor and engage operations managers to execute strategy.
• Drive performance, coaching, and staff development.
• Own the P&L for the site.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain staff.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for growth.
• Champion People & Culture initiatives at the site.
• Direct specialty recruiting strategy.
• Ensure SOPs, policies and regulatory compliance with GMP, HIPAA, and sponsor protocols.
• Collaborate with QA, Risk, and department leads to maintain data integrity and timely sponsor reporting.
• Participate in monitoring visits and site safety training.
• Maintain frequent communication with investigators and staff to ensure FDA/ICH compliance.
