Job summary

Panoramic Health in Tampa, FL is seeking a Clinical Research Team Lead to oversee operations across five sites. This hands-on leadership role includes mentoring coordinators, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving study enrollment and data quality.

You will travel between sites, build relationships with physicians and staff, implement training programs, and partner with Central Research and Enrollment teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or supervising clinical research staff.
• Strong understanding of clinical research principles, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel between five sites in the Tampa-area region.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred; MA certification preferred; GCP/ITIA and ACRP or SOCRA preferred.
• Experience in CKD, nephrology, vascular access, or related therapeutic areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient screening, recruitment, informed consent, enrollment, and follow-up activities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to clinical research staff across sites.
• Onboard, train, precept, and mentor new team members per SOPs.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure ALCOA-compliant data capture.
• Coach team on study execution and regulatory compliance.
