Job summary

Recursion is seeking a senior leader to advance clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics for a portfolio of oncology and rare disease programs. You will lead strategy, oversee PK/PD analyses, and drive regulatory collaborations with health authorities.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, design studies, and support dose selection across Phase 1–3 while advancing a rapid development agenda in a remote U.S. setting.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics or related discipline, M.D. with Clinical Pharmacology expertise, or PharmD with fellowship, with 10+ years in biotech/pharma drug development.
• Demonstrated success leading all clinical pharmacology aspects of drug development.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to manage PK, PK‑PD, and PK‑safety analyses including population PK modeling and simulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics strategy for programs from discovery to development.
• Oversee modeling and simulation to inform dose selection and exposure‑response decisions.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.
