Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Clinical Pharmacology in a remote-friendly US role. Lead PK/PD strategy, dose regimen decisions, and modeling to guide program development and regulatory submissions across rare-disease programs.

The role requires a PhD or PharmD with 6+ years in pharma/biotech, strong leadership, and collaboration across disciplines. Expect travel up to 10% domestically and internationally; onsite work may be required in San Diego for essential duties.

Formación

• PhD or PharmD in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline, with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in PK/PD, biopharmaceutics, and pharmacometrics across multiple projects.
• Experience providing scientific and cross-functional project leadership and influencing decisions across teams.
• Experience applying model-informed drug development (MIDD) strategies across development phases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical pharmacology strategy and its integration into clinical development plans across all stages.
• Provide strategic guidance on dose, regimen, study design, and evidence needs for project teams.
• Design and oversee PK/PD studies, dose escalation, and modeling for early drug candidates.
• Support regulatory submissions with clinical pharmacology content (INDs, CTAs, NDAs).
• Review protocols and reports for regulatory filings and address questions proactively.
• Author clinical pharmacology documents, protocols, Investigator's Brochures, and Clinical Study Reports.
• Build partnerships with Research, Regulatory, and other R&D functions to align plans with program needs.
• Provide timely, decision-focused clinical pharmacology leadership at key milestones.
