Job summary

Recursion is seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacology lead to shape the PK/PD strategy across a portfolio of oncology and rare disease programs. You will oversee modeling, simulations, and regulatory submissions while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive patient access.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics or related discipline, M.D with a Clinical Pharmacology expertise, or a Pharm D. with a Clinical Pharmacology fellowship, with 10+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical drug development.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics strategy for multiple programs from Phase 1-3.
• Interface with cross-functional teams (clinical study teams, translational modeling, toxicology) for PK/PK-PD input.
• Author clinical pharmacology sections for regulatory documents (IB, INDs, NDAs) and interact with health authorities.
• Design and oversee PK/PD modeling and simulations to support dose selection and exposure-response analyses.
• Manage regulatory interactions and respond to questions during submissions and meetings.
