Job summary

Simulations Plus seeks an experienced Director of Pharmacometrics to lead cross-functional teams in study design, PK/PD modeling, simulations, and client presentations. You will mentor scientists, shape modeling strategy, and contribute to workshops and proposals.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, collaboration with clinical pharmacology teams, and delivering high-impact pharmacometric insights across programs. Remote work with travel as needed supports flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of population PK and PK/PD modeling experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Monolix, NONMEM, and R.
• Professional experience applying Pharmacometrics to Clinical Pharmacology.
• Proficient at developing and delivering presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication; travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and evaluate complex models and simulations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to support client requests.
• Provide strategic input and client-facing guidance.
• Direct integration of modeling results into development programs.
• Mentor junior scientists and possibly supervise staff.
• Contribute to proposals, training, and workshops.
• Serve as main client contact and manage project timelines.
