Job summary

Simulations Plus is seeking a visionary executive to lead Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics Services remotely. The VP will guide scientific staff, shape long-term strategy, and oversee project delivery while driving new business development and client collaborations.

The role emphasizes leadership, expertise in PK/PD, and model-informed drug development, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and growth across global client programs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of pharmacometrics related experience preferred.
• 10+ years of Population PK and PK/PD modeling experience preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage scientific staff and projects.
• Define long-term strategy for pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacology services.
• Oversee and consult on scientific aspects of company projects.
• Act as primary point of contact for new business development in pharmacometrics services.
• Present service offerings and contribute to marketing strategies.
