Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in account management, client success, or travel management.
• Proven ability to coach teams, deliver consultative client engagements, and manage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable programs and solutions.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics to guide decisions and outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing account management team delivering top-tier client experiences.
• Coach team members in client consultations, business reviews, presentations, and issue resolution.
• Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, incl. travel managers and executives.
• Serve as a senior contact for strategic client discussions, escalations, and relationship management.
• Partner with clients to understand objectives and recommend solutions to boost program performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Consulting Services, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Leverage reporting and industry knowledge to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
