Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with travel managers, procurement leaders, executive sponsors, and other key stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Develop understanding of each client's business objectives, travel program strategy, and global operational requirements.
• Conduct strategic business reviews and present program performance, insights, recommendations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with clients to develop and execute account plans that support travel program goals and long-term success.
• Collaborate with global partners and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment across markets.
• Monitor program performance, service levels, contractual commitments, and key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to optimize travel programs, traveler experience, and cost savings objectives.
• Support client negotiations, supplier strategies, and consulting initiatives via internal SME's.
• Analyze reporting, traveler trends, market changes, and industry developments to guide decisions.
