Job summary

SNI Financial seeks a Senior Manager, Operations to lead private credit fund operations, oversee cash forecasting, distributions, and liquidity, and drive reporting and analytics. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in private credit fund operations and fund finance.
• Direct experience with direct lending and/or distressed credit investments.
• Strong understanding of evergreen fund structures, private credit vehicles, investor allocations, capital activity, fees, liquidity, valuation, and credit facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA or advanced degree is a plus.
