The Role

The Client Services Associate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s investor relations and client servicing efforts. Acting as a central point of contact for investors, you will help deliver a best-in-class client experience while working closely with investment, sales, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for client queries, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
• Support onboarding of new investors, including KYC and subscription processes
• Coordinate investor communications, including reports, updates, and ad hoc requests
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, DDQs, and marketing materials
• Maintain and update CRM systems and investor records
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging to clients
• Support the organisation of investor meetings, calls, and events

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in client services, investor relations, or operations within asset management, hedge funds, or financial services
• Strong understanding of credit markets or alternative investments is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
