Job summary

StoneX Group Inc. is seeking a senior analytics professional to support Client Intelligence & Analytics.

The role involves interrogating client, product, and revenue data using SQL and Power BI, applying AI tools to accelerate insights, and validating results to inform sales strategy and coverage decisions. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Data and Technology to translate analyses into actionable client intelligence and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, sales analytics or related role.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, commodities, FX, brokerage or payments.
• Hands-on SQL querying, joining, validating and analyzing data.
• Power BI expertise including data modeling and DAX measures.
• Experience using enterprise AI tools to accelerate analysis and insights.
• Ability to validate AI outputs and explain business implications.
• Experience linking data to sales strategy, coverage and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on analytics to develop segmentation, wallet-share and cross-sell insights.
• Use Copilot/Claude to accelerate data exploration and insights.
• Develop data models and measures in Power BI for revenue attribution and sales performance.
• Contribute to Single Client View design and commercial requirements.
• Translate analysis into practical sales tools and account plans.
• Validate outputs and communicate limitations and risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with Data and Technology to scale successful analyses.
