Job summary

DEUNA is expanding into the U.S. and seeks a Head of IM to oversee all client integrations for our ATHIA platform.

You will lead a team of integration specialists, coordinating with sales, product, engineering, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and effective integration with clients’ systems. The role demands deep expertise in payment integrations, API design, and scalable processes, with a focus on delivering secure, compliant, and reliable solutions while fostering long-term

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client-facing roles involving payment integrations or technical consulting.
• Strong API design and integration experience in fintech or SaaS environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex integration projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the client integration strategy for scalable onboarding.
• Lead the client integration team and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to align requirements.
• Ensure on-time delivery and strong client communication throughout the process.
• Establish best practices for API usage and data handling.
