Job summary

DEUNA is hiring an Implementation Manager in the New York area to own merchant onboarding post-sale. You will prepare complete integration packages, build go-live plans, answer technical questions, and coordinate internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time merchant go-lives.

You will manage timelines, risks, and escalations while collaborating with Product and Engineering to unblock integration challenges and test coverage. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical project management, merchant integrations, or technical consulting in fintech/payments/SaaS.
• Strong technical understanding of payment integrations (APIs, SDKs, gateways, fraud vendors).
• Excellent stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and timeline planning.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; startup/high-growth experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver full SOWs with test credentials, API docs, integration diagrams, and technical material.
• Define and align a Go-Live timeline with milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Be the merchant's main technical point of contact during integration and troubleshooting.
• Own and push timelines, manage risks, delays, and escalations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize blockers and roadmaps.
• Build UAT matrices (internal and merchant-facing) to validate acceptance criteria.
• Drive a clean go-live process and monitor launch success, ensuring operational readiness.
• Provide post-go-live support for 3 weeks to ensure stability.
