We seek a high-impact IC to lead reseller and platform-embedded programs, reporting to the CRO and closing strategic partner agreements that drive revenue growth and long-term value. Our remote-first teams empower flexibility and continuous innovation.

Formación

• 10+ years leadership in enterprise SaaS channel/partner programs.
• HR Tech/EOR domain expertise with API integrations.
• Proven multimillion-dollar deal negotiation and executive presence.

Responsabilidades

• Own indirect GTM strategy and revenue growth across partner channels.
• Scale partner alliances by negotiating terms and formalizing agreements.
• Define joint value propositions with HR, payroll, and tax/advisory partners.
