Premier America Credit Union in Chatsworth, GA seeks a Real Estate Loan Servicing Specialist to handle general servicing and accounting for residential loans, including loans sold to investors, with emphasis on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include reconveyance processing, report preparation (participation, remittance, SNC Mortgage Insurance), paying off loans, maintaining documentation in the loan origination system, and supporting the Real Estate Department while

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Loan Origination system, Fannie Mae system, and CORE System.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Understanding of mortgage processing, basic accounting, credit union operations.

Responsibilities

• Process reconveyance on paid off loans.
• Process Participation and Remittance reports for RE Loan Pools.
• Process draw stops on HELOCs.
• Perform general servicing and accounting on residential real estate loans.
• Assist in monthly Rate and Payment Changes and related reports.
• Communicate findings to appropriate teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and upload documents to the loan origination system.
• Process payoffs and Unapplied/Undisbursed reports.
• Prepare weekly reports and submit to Management on time.
• Support the Real Estate Department and Premier America Team.
