Job summary

Keystone Cement Company is seeking a Sales Director for Keystone Cement & Aggregates to lead regional sales strategy and execution across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and select Delaware markets. You will drive volume, revenue, margin, and market share while mentoring 4–5 Territory Managers and coordinating with operations, logistics, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, construction materials, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proven success leading regional sales organizations and developing high-performing commercial teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, margin, and market share targets across PA, OH, and DE.
• Lead annual business planning, sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercial development initiatives.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across cement and aggregates markets.
• Monitor market conditions and customer demand to guide business decisions.
• Drive profitable growth through strategic account management and disciplined pricing.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-5 Territory Managers and foster a high-performance culture.
• Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers, contractors, and distributors.
