Fairmount Park, Inc. in Norfolk is seeking a Director of Cage Operations to lead the casino and pari-mutuel cages, count room, and credit/collections functions. You will set strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and sustain accurate cash handling and guest service excellence.

The role requires 5–7 years of casino cage experience with at least 3 years in management, plus knowledge of Title 31, AML rules, and Illinois Gaming Board regulations; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive casino cage and count room experience.
• At least 3 years in management or leadership capacity.
• Casino credit and collections experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Illinois Gaming Board license and other required licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily cage and count room operations to ensure accurate cash handling.
• Oversee credit decisions, limits, and aging reports; manage collections.
• Supervise drop, count, and equipment maintenance with internal controls.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and internal controls; audit variances.
• Develop and manage department budget; control labor and costs.
• Lead, train, and schedule staff; ensure guest service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and support overall casino operations.
