Job summary

Bally's in Iowa is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Cage and Count operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and positive guest experiences. You will oversee staff, delegate shifts, and maintain cash controls while driving departmental budgeting and performance.

The role requires strong supervisory, customer service, and communication skills, with a flexible schedule and ability to navigate a fast-paced casino environment. Gaming experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
• Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
• Professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels in the Company and external organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Cage and Count activities and employees.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and positive guest experiences.
• Delegate authority and assign responsibilities and work schedules.
• Provide hands-on leadership to Cage and Count departments.
• Maintain strong controls to safeguard cash.
• Develop and manage the departmental budget, including capital expenditure.
• Interview, hire, develop, and evaluate department staff.
