Job summary

Concordia Plans seeks a Director of Business Solution Architecture and Enablement to provide visionary leadership for architecture, strategy, and integration across multiple internal and external business solutions and platforms.

The role bridges business objectives with technology execution, leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize processes that boost staff productivity and customer experience for ministries, members, and internal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in enterprise-level technology strategy, business solutioning, solution operation or administration, or enterprise IT.
• 5 years of technical leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams, including managing external resources.
• Proven experience in managing, integrating, and administering multiple business solutions across complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud architecture, and business solution integration.
• Hands-on experience with developing solution architectures or IT technical architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee budgets and technology roadmaps.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize cross-functional business solutions and platforms.
• Lead cross-enterprise initiatives aligning architecture with business strategy.
• Mentor solution administrators and ensure secure, reliable operations of CPS solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and reduce friction in processes.
