Eurasia Group is looking for a Head of Business Services to manage facilities operations at their New York headquarters. This role involves overseeing building maintenance, compliance, and administration while ensuring a safe and efficient workspace. Eurasia Group seeks a proactive and experienced Head of Business Services to oversee Facilities and Administration. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is critical in ensuring the efficient, safe, and sustainable functioning of our workspace. The Building Operations Manager will be responsible for all office services, manage day-to-day building operations, and lead key facilities projects and initiatives.

Solely responsible for building operations and facilities support, and expected to respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis as required.
Professional demeanor and high degree of accountability and discretion expected.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $115,000
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The pay range for this role is:
105,000 - 115,000 USD per year (New York)
