THE ROLE
The Business Operations Lead will work closely with Kickoff's CEO on the biggest opportunities and problems facing the company. This individual will help chart the high level direction of the company and roll up their sleeves to get things done across a wide array of domains, from product to analytics to process and people management. This role comes with a lot of responsibility and is not for everyone - it is for someone who wants to scale a world-changing product and learn what it takes to manage a high performing organization.
