Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development/COO (reporting to the CEO) to drive our expansion into the U.S. retail and pharmacy sectors, focusing on forging strategic partnerships with major chains like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods. This role will spearhead revenue growth by leveraging our innovative digital media solutions to boost product visibility and sales for partners. The ideal candidate brings deep retail expertise, a proven track record of securing high-level partnerships, and the ability to turn strategic vision into results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and secure partnerships with key decision-makers at target retail and pharmacy chains.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals showcasing how our digital media solutions drive sales and brand engagement.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive-level contacts.
  • Promote our core solutions to targeted channels and initiate pilot programs.

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious revenue goals.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex deals for mutual benefit.
  • Track and report sales performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Market and Competitive Analysis

  • Research emerging trends and opportunities in the retail and pharmacy sectors.
  • Monitor competitors and devise strategies to stay ahead.
  • Keep informed on digital marketing and social media trends and innovations.

Product and Service Collaboration

  • Build local teams to tailor our digital media solutions to retail partners’ needs.
  • Relay partner feedback to refine and enhance our offerings.

Operational Leadership (if COO title applies)

  • Streamline internal processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Contribute to the company’s overarching strategic plan.
