Job Description

LIONS Intelligence is a newly established division focusing on our digital subscription brands—WARC, The Work, and Contagious IQ. As part of our transformation, we are consolidating three separate commercial functions into one unified team.

We operate regionally with teams based in London (EMEA), New York (Americas), and Singapore (APAC).

This role manages the LIONS Intelligence New Business Team in the Americas.

You will oversee a team of business development managers responsible for selling our product portfolio to brands, agencies, and media owners.

You will set performance standards, targets, and KPIs, aiming for double-digit growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for new business with the team
  • Report on financial forecasts and sales pipelines for the three products
  • Coach and develop the sales team to improve their skills and effectiveness
  • Drive the conversion of inbound and outbound leads
  • Collaborate with teams to execute sales strategies
  • Identify and address challenges and risks in team performance
  • Work with the SDR manager to improve inbound lead conversion rates
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills across all business levels
  • Knowledge of the marketing industry
  • Salary range: $140,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
