Job Description

LIONS Intelligence is a newly established division within the LIONS business, focusing on digital subscription brands such as WARC, The Work, and Contagious IQ. As part of our business transformation, we are integrating three separate commercial functions into a unified team.

We operate with regional teams based in London (EMEA), New York (Americas), and Singapore (APAC).

This role involves managing the LIONS Intelligence New Business Team in America, overseeing a team of business development managers responsible for selling our product portfolio to brands, agencies, and media owners.

You will set performance standards, targets, and KPIs for the team, aiming to achieve double-digit growth.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Manage the complete sales cycle for new business with your team.
  2. Report on financial forecasts and sales pipelines for the three products.
  3. Coach and develop your team to enhance sales conversations.
  4. Drive the conversion of inbound and outbound leads.
  5. Collaborate with teams to implement sales strategies.
  6. Identify challenges and risks in team performance and develop solutions.
  7. Coordinate with the SDR manager to improve inbound lead conversion and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in sales management.
  • Financial forecasting expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills across all business levels.
  • Knowledge of the marketing industry.
  • Salary range: $140,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
