Drop of Chaos is a new creative collective built for the now. We’re nimble. We’re raw. We only make dope shit for dope clients. Barebones but building. Creative-first, profit-second. Loud, lean, and laser-focused. Not for everyone—and that’s the point The only thing we’re missing? You.

We’re on the hunt for a freelance Head of Business Development badass—someone who knows how to hunt, pitch, close, and build trust with brands that give a damn. You’re not here to wait for leads. You are the lead.

This is NOT a full-time job. Yet.

You must be U.S.-based (preferably, in or around the NYC AREA!). You must already have a steady stream of income (we’re not trying to mess with your rent money), but you're ready to invest time, energy, and brainpower in something bigger. We’re early days—so if you’re expecting a cushy salary, this ain’t it. But what we do offer is revenue share when we win. And when we win, we all win.

What you'll bring:

• A killer track record in biz dev, sales strategy, and client relationships
• Strong experience with SOWs, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and all those other sexy acronyms
• A taste for bold, out-there creative work—and the confidence to sell it
• Rolodex optional, but your resourcefulness better be off the charts
• No ego, no bullshit—just hustle, charm, and taste
• Finance experience? Even better. If you know your way around numbers, margins, and making deals make sense on paper—huge plus.

What you'll do:

• Identify and chase new business leads with brands worth our time
• Build proposals, scope projects, and help us land the damn plane
• Collaborate with creatives to package ideas that punch above our weight
• Push Drop of Chaos forward, one smart partnership at a time
