Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to lead a pod of analysts and partner with leaders across Customer Ops, Finance, and Clinical teams. You will define analytics strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and ensure leaders have insights to drive decisions.

The role requires 8+ years in quantitative roles, strong leadership, and fluency with AI tools to enhance outcomes. The position is a hybrid, full-time role onsite at our NYC hub three days per week (Tue–Thu) with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a quantitative role within fast-paced technology environments.
• Led data analytics teams supporting multiple departments.
• Experience coaching analysts from technical outputs to actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and applying AI-driven work to improve team output.
• Experience in growth-stage environments and navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Business Analytics strategy forGrow across departments.
• Partner with department leaders to translate questions into analyses and decisions.
• Own development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs.
• Lead and scale a team of analysts, moving from requests to impacting decisions.
• Stay current on AI tools to enhance analytics effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders to influence strategy.
