Job summary

Garner Health Technology, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Business Insights in NYC to lead a small team of product and business analysts.

The role blends hands-on analysis with mentorship and will shape how executives see data. Based in our New York City office, you’ll spend roughly half your time designing experiments, running causal analyses, and building measurement frameworks with your team, while the other half coaching and translating findings into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business analytics or related field.
• 2+ years experience managing analysts or data scientists.
• Advanced analytical & statistical rigor: experiment design, causal inference, validation threats.
• Data visualization and communication: translate analyses into clear insights for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of analysts across Growth, Product, and Central BI; set technical bar and unblock the team.
• Partner cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and leadership to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
• Own measurement and experimentation strategy: manage A/B testing, causal inference, and forecasting for relevant areas.
• Design metrics and communicate insights to drive decisions; monitor metrics and raise signals when changes occur.
• Mentor team, enforce analytical standards, and design career growth paths.
