Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience; 6+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep platform engineering background with ownership of backend systems at scale.
• Experience at fintech/trading domains is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full engineering strategy and delivery for Brokerage Platform.
• Lead and develop a large, distributed engineering organization.
• Drive platform modernization and reliability across critical market functions.
• Partner with TPM and product teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Ensure operational health and incident readiness for market-critical systems.
• Engage with cross-functional leadership to align roadmap and capabilities.
