Strong Go or Python, distributed systems, AWS expertise, and fintech experience are valued; base pay

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with 6+ years in engineering leadership.
• Deep platform engineering background.
• Experience in fintech, trading, or related high-criticality domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full engineering strategy and delivery for Brokerage Platform across multiple subdomains.
• Lead and develop a large, distributed engineering organization of senior and staff engineers and managers.
• Drive platform modernization and reliability improvements with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with TPM and product teams to balance demand and engineering capacity.
• Ensure high-severity incident readiness and rapid resolution processes.
• Represent Brokerage Platform roadmap to product, ops, and executives.
