Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Commissions Manager to lead the broker commission function and ensure timely, accurate payments. You will partner with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Billing, Operations, IT, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.

The role reports to the Director of Commissions and Cash Applications, building a scalable operating model aligned with business objectives, mentoring the team, and delivering improvements in accuracy, cycle time, and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in commissions, finance operations, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of direct or functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the broker commissions team, establish priorities and service expectations, allocate work, and monitor performance.
• Own the end-to-end monthly commission payment cycle, including scheduled, out-of-cycle, expedited, bonus, and repayment transactions.
• Provide subject-matter leadership for commission calculations, payment plans, broker statements, true-ups, clawbacks, net-negative balances, and exception handling.
