Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Commission Manager to lead commissions operations across multiple product lines, ensuring accurate advisor compensation and timely payments. You will manage a team, drive process improvements, and partner with Finance, Accounting, and Product teams in a regulated banking environment.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and extensive experience in broker-dealer operations and reporting. Travel and location flexibility are noted as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• Experience in broker-dealer operations, advisor compensation, or related financial services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing employees and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end commission process for annuity, life insurance, packaged products, and advisory fee programs.
• Prepare and review commission-related reporting and GL entries.
• Support month-end close activities and reconciliations related to advisor compensation.
• Lead projects, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
