The role provides expert oversight of broker commission payments, data integrity, and related activities, coordinating with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Operations, IT, and vendors to resolve complex issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or 10 years of experience in retail energy.
• 7+ years progressive experience in commissions, finance operations, sales operations, accounting, billing, retail energy, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analytics, reconciliations, and macros; experience with SQL, Power BI, SAP, and broker commission systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for broker commission calculations, payment plans, broker statements, true-ups, claw-backs, net negative balances, and exception handling.
• Lead and coordinate team activities to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Broker Master Data requests, ensuring timely processing and compliance with controls.
• Review, validate, and analyze broker commission data from ENGIE source systems and broker commission software to ensure completeness and data integrity.
• Process, review, and support monthly broker commission payment cycles per Delegation of Authority requirements.
• Research and resolve complex broker commission discrepancies with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Prepare commission reconciliations, variance reporting, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support system enhancements, data migration, product changes, and future-state process design affecting broker commissions.
• Evaluate exception requests for feasibility, exposure, and compliance with policies and controls.
• Maintain documentation of approvals, materials, and audit evidence for broker commissions.
• Provide guidance to analysts on complex issues and reporting methods.
• Develop and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and broker experience.
