Job summary

Nooks.ai is seeking its first Head of Communications & Content to build the storytelling engine behind the brand. You will lead editorial strategy, a unified content calendar, and scalable production with in-house talent, agencies, and AI tools.

Reporting to the CMO, you will craft the market narrative, executive communications, original research, and thought leadership, partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing to elevate Nooks’ voice across external channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading content, communications, editorial, or thought leadership at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building to translate ideas into compelling narratives.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills: make complex ideas simple, compelling, and memorable.
• Experience developing executive thought leadership, original research, and integrated content strategies.
• Experience managing public relations and external communications programs.
• Strong editorial instincts: know which stories earn attention.

Responsibilities

• Build and own editorial strategy and content calendar across channels.
• Develop flagship content and oversee production through in-house, agency, and freelance contributors.
• Lead original research and thought leadership programs.
• Manage external communications and PR with agencies and partners.
• Refine social presence to strengthen thought leadership and enterprise credibility.
• Establish operating model for Communications & Content, including workflows and AI-enabled production.
