Job summary

3Search is seeking a Brand & Content Lead to define how the business is perceived externally and own the brand's editorial direction in New York. You will decide stories, storytellers, and formats, ensuring a distinctive narrative across growth moments and product launches.

You will build a world-class storytelling program, partner with Sales and Customer Success, and shape narrative across written, social, and video formats.

Qualifications

• Experience building repeatable customer storytelling programs.
• Ability to uncover compelling stories beyond case studies.
• Strong editorial judgment and taste.
• Ability to build strategy and operating cadence from scratch.
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build a world-class customer storytelling program and own editorial for the brand.
• Turn customer insights into engaging content across formats (films, executive stories, LinkedIn series, thought leadership).
• Own brand narrative, customer marketing, and social strategy (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
• Develop and manage video and multimedia content, founder/executive storytelling, and employee thought leadership.
• Lead editorial programming, major launches, and content distribution with Product Marketing and Creative.
