Job summary

Nooks is seeking a Brand Design Lead to elevate the creative quality across all marketing touchpoints. This senior individual contributor role will own the visual expression of the Nooks brand, partnering with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Communications & Content, and Field & Executive Marketing.

You will design high-impact assets, lead a scalable creative studio with agencies and AI-assisted workflows, and set the creative systems and standards that keep output world-class.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Brand Design, Creative, or Visual Design at a high-growth B2B SaaS company or creative agency.
• Exceptional taste and creative judgment: you know the difference between work that simply looks good and work that creates lasting brand impact.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across campaigns, advertising, brand systems, web, editorial, presentations, and experiential marketing.
• Experience designing across both digital and physical environments.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual systems, storytelling, and brand identity.
• Experience art directing agencies, freelancers, photographers, illustrators, or other creative partners.
• Ability to balance craft with speed in a fast-moving environment.
• Curiosity about AI and excitement for using it to improve creative workflows without compromising quality.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across every function within Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Shape the visual expression of the Nooks brand across every customer touchpoint.
• Bring our biggest ideas to life with launches, campaigns, original research, executive thought leadership, customer stories, and marketing programs.
• Lead visual design for major digital experiences including the website and other digital experiences.
• Create unforgettable in-person experiences such as executive programs, conferences, and field marketing events.
• Build a scalable creative studio by coordinating agencies, freelancers, and trusted partners; leverage AI to accelerate workflows.
