A leading Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity company in Austin is seeking a Marketing Manager to elevate their marketing efforts. This hands-on role involves collaborating with the CEO, managing campaigns, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have strong creative and technical skills, with experience in digital marketing tools and strategies. The position is remote but requires residence in the Greater Austin area for occasional in-person collaboration.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing and help us scale.
This is a hands-on marketing role.
We need someone who’s creative, resourceful, and motivated to execute.
You’ll work directly with the CEO to clean up our brand, run campaigns, and generate leads for Managed IT and Cybersecurity services.
This role is remote for daily work but requires you to live in the Greater Austin, TX area for in-person collaboration when needed (planning, brainstorming, strategy sessions, or team meetups).
Managing and updating our website (WordPress)
Running paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Retargeting)
Creating social media content, blogs, and email campaigns
Designing graphics and marketing materials (Canva or Adobe)
Managing brand consistency across all platforms
Reporting on marketing performance and results
Driving inbound leads for IT services, cybersecurity, and projects
Working directly with the CEO on marketing strategy and execution
5+ years of marketing experience
Strong writing and design skills
Experience running paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Social)
Comfortable managing WordPress websites
Experience with email marketing, social media, and lead generation
Creative and resourceful — ready to build and execute
Must live in the Greater Austin, TX area
We need someone who’s comfortable using modern marketing tools to build and execute quickly.
WordPress (website updates & management)
Canva or Adobe (creating graphics, social content, marketing materials)
Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads (campaign setup & management)
Email marketing platforms (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or similar)
CRM tools (Zoho, Hubspot, or similar)
This role requires someone who’s creative, but also technical — able to handle content creation, campaign execution, and marketing operations.
Uncapped Bonus : $100 - $1,500 per closed client you help bring in
Realistic Total Comp : $100k+ with strong performance
