Director, Medical Affairs Strategy - Med Comms Agency

This role involves leading the development and delivery of impactful strategies across various Medical Communication initiatives, combining client consulting, scientific storytelling, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients in strategic conversations, identify communication challenges, and develop solutions to meet client objectives within the medical affairs space.
  • Develop and lead initiatives such as scientific platforms, communication strategies, workshops, internal training plans, and audience journeys.
  • Support internal teams in executing client deliverables, lead key work streams, and mentor team members.
  • Conduct market research and develop effective communication strategies for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (PhD or PharmD).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Medical Communications agency.
  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex scientific data.
  • Mentoring experience is a plus.

This is a fully remote position for US-based employees, requiring availability to work EST or CT hours.
