Job summary

Model ML Inc. is hiring a world-class Head of Marketing to build and scale a brand-led, content-led engine. The role shapes voice, visuals, narrative, and channels, reporting directly to the founders and aligning brand with product narratives.

You will lead internal creative teams and external agencies, drive inbound demand, and set metrics for reach, engagement, brand affinity, and pipeline influence in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in brand/content marketing in fast-paced organisations.
• Proven ability to drive inbound demand with brand/content strategies.
• Experience leading creative teams across design, motion, copy, and production.
• Strong PR/comms experience, agency management, and executive positioning.
• Exceptional storytelling translating complex ideas into simple narratives.
• Portfolio demonstrating taste, originality and quality.
• Ambition to build a generational company in a fast environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a full brand-led marketing strategy across PR, comms, content, and design.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, editors, and writers.
• Oversee PR and comms with agencies and internal team.
• Develop visual and video-led content for LinkedIn, email, and social.
• Define narrative and ensure consistency across product announcements and founder comms.
• Collaborate with founders on message and positioning of the company.
• Maintain a marketing engine delivering high quality inbound interest.
