Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Head of Brand in a fully remote role targeting North America. The candidate will own two brands’ stories, drive brand moments, and manage cause partnerships, with a data-driven approach and direct founder collaboration.

You will lead two consumer brands, develop brand architecture, and oversee PR, partnerships, and community-building efforts to scale from $50M to $100M in revenue while maintaining lean, high-impact operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in brand, communications or brand marketing at consumer brands.
• Proven track record in cause marketing, events and PR.
• Experience running campaigns for a North American audience.
• Ability to design end-to-end brand moments.
• Sharp eye for on-brand visuals and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand story, guidelines and assets for both brands.
• Sign and manage national and local shelter and rescue partners.
• Build and run yearly brand-moment calendar end to end.
• Pitch press, win reviews and manage earned media.
• Turn reviews and stories into brand content and community.
• Report brand health monthly and manage the budget.
